Staff were excellent and very helpful. I encountered the same personnel on different days throughout my stay and they remained friendly and professional. The location is great, just a short 5 minute walk to Tower Bridge and Tower Hamlets tube, only 10-15 to Aldgate and Whitechapel. The apartment was very large and clean with excellent kitchen facilities and a good size shower in the bathroom. Luggage storage on my last day was a great plus and free of charge. Bedding fresh and clean.

Location was awesome, right near Tower Bridge and Tower of London, one of our windows overlooked train tracks but we didn't hear anything! The unit was really nice, we had a microwave, fridge, cooktop and an oven. The bathroom was small but well equipped. Security was great, they were always present at the building doors, which made us extra comfortable.

For London, this is a very spacious apart-hotel. Good use of space; kitchen, worktop, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Modern, clean, quiet, and good value for money. Doesn’t have all the typical hotel pool/gym amenities, but has security, 24/7 front desk, breakfast and lobby lounge.

Great location and an easy walk to train stations and other main sights. We're glad we weren't influenced by the other negative reviews on Google. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had good in-room amenities. There's a washer dryer in the room without detergent provided, but we easily got some from the nearby Tesco.

It was is a great location with spectacular views. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. The underground was close too. The whole experience surpassed my expectations.
